Our wine experts personally work with our guests to build each individual’s palate profiles to curate an impeccable selection of wines each month. This exclusive experience is led by our winemaker, sommelier and Culinary Director, Thomas Perez.
Every Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., join us on the patio or inside the restaurant and enjoy a Spanish favoriate, homemade seafood paella and a glass (or bottle) of rose! We have a wide variety of rose to explore ranging from effervescent, sweet, semi-dry, to bone dry.
