About Us

Redefining the word “flight,” Plane & Level offers an intimate bar and tapas experience in addition to modern fine dining experience set in a casual yet elegant atmosphere.
 
Using homegrown organic produce from our gardens, our international inspired menu changes as the seasons fly by. Our homemade empanadas (offered in a variety of fillings) and chimichurri sauce have become a crowd favorite staple to our menu and a must-try!

The wine program is incredibly unique as we offer one-of-a-kind wines from around the world, (by the glass and bottle) that cannot be purchased anywhere else in the state of Texas. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, our talented in-house sommelier and winemaker guides guests through our extensive wine list to curate the perfect wine for each palate and to accompany the meal.

For a truly special food and wine journey, we encourage passengers to enjoy one of our Status Tastings (Premier Gold, Premier Platinum and Premier 1K) where each course has been thoughtfully curated, crafted and paired to elevate the epicurean voyage and showcase our captivating food and wine culture.
