Beginning with the end in mind, Plane & Level has fostered relationships with local USDA organic farmers and agriculturists to grow all the favorite (and rare) heirloom varieties and traditional produce. We believe that in order to create and craft sensational flavors and satisfying meals, we must start with garden-fresh ingredients that are GMO-free.
Inspired by the seasons and dictated by the daily harvest, our culinary team continuously changes the menus to create delicious dishes that are aromatic, flavorful and always surprising.
